Happiness is finding two olives in your martini when you are hungry.

The Martini, undeniably the world's most renowned and iconic cocktail, remains a timeless classic. Traditionally associated with a strong gin presence and varying proportions of extra dry vermouth, garnished with a lemon twist or olive, it has defined sophistication for decades.
However, in recent times, the rise of the low and no alcohol movement has brought the 50:50 Martini into the spotlight as a lighter and more approachable alternative. This contemporary variation maintains a perfect balance by equalising the proportions of gin and vermouth. The result is a Martini that retains the elegance and sophistication of its predecessor but with a more accessible flavour profile.
As tastes and preferences evolve, this contemporary twist on the Martini has carved its place, appealing to those seeking a milder yet still elegant libation. It showcases the adaptability and enduring allure of the Martini, ensuring its place as an everlasting symbol of sophistication and taste.
